How this works:

2. Let's have a chat.

3. When you're ready, sign the Referral Agreement, which is emailed to you.

4. Share the project funding needer's contact details to us.

5. Once a deal is submitted, you will be notified every step of the way.

6. Nothing else is required from you, you can only wait.

7. At close of escrow, or approval of a project funding, 50% of our share of the profit goes to you - no matter the deal size.

8. EVERY SINGLE TIME any of your referrals do future business with us or our partners, you are notified and get paid 50%.
